This is a binding contract between K9 EXCLUSIVE WALKS thereafter known as "K9EXW" and the above signed, thereafter known as the "the client"

My training is breed-specific, as inbred characteristics involve a bespoke approach.

K9EXW agree to provide me, "the client", with the following services

Walking/Training sessions, One-One Training or Boarding.

Walking/Training programs are within Greater London's open spaces unless another location has been agreed upon in writing, e.g. via WhatsApp.

Pick-up & Drop-off at the client's home address unless another location has been agreed in writing, e.g. via WhatsApp.

K9EXW agrees to look after your dog to the best of our ability whilst in our care.

K9EXW Are not liable for any loss or damage to your dogs' personal items such as clothing, toys, collars and accessories

K9EXW are covered by Full Liability business insurance (details available on request)

In the unlikely event that your dog should die by natural causes whilst in the care of K9EXW, we are not liable in any way.

If your dog digests any food or foreign body whilst in the care of K9EXW, we are not liable in any way.

All booking enquiries must be confirmed through WhatsApp and the booking form completed through the website either via Card or BACS payments

K9EXW require a minimum of five (5) days notice prior to any cancellation to receive a full or partial refund.

4a/ I agree to the above Terms & Conditions*
5/ I give consent for my dog to be walked off leash if necessary*
5b/ I give consent for my dog to have two walks per day.*
Your dog will have two walks per day up to a maximum of 4 hours.
A minimum of 30min break is given between walks.
7/ Dog Insurance Details*
If your personal savings are used for your dogs insurance, just provide your name and number.
8/ I agree my dogs insurance and details are kept up to date*
9/ Vets Details*
Please provide the following details
9a/ The use of Village Vets in an emergency*
In the event of an emergency where it is quicker to use our registered vet,
your consent is required for both the use of Village Vets and treatment by Village Vets
9b/ Euthanasia*
Please note K9 Exclusive Walks will try every possible avenue to contact you, but In the unlikely event that either you or your emergency contacts cannot be reached, your consent is needed and only for the following scenario:-
If the vet determines that your dog is in critical and irreversible pain and suffering, and a senior veterinary practitioner confirms that the only available avenue for the welfare of the dog is Euthanasia.
Please note we cannot accept any dog with an outdated vaccination record!

Provide your dog’s most relevant medical and behavioural history, including details of any current treatment administered and restrictions of exercise.
11a/ I give consent for K9 Exclusive Walks to administer pre-agreed medicine if necessary.*
If there is evidence of external parasites such as fleas, ticks or lice, the dog must be treated with an appropriate product authorised by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and licensed for use in the UK.
Treatment must be discussed with a vet before giving it to the dog.
